Elbow Stall Mill's Mess

This trick combines an elbow stall with the toss juggling trick mill's mess, and it's component trick the spiral. If you don't already know the toss juggling tricks then I'm going to let someone else teach you.

Envision your mill's mess as a pattern with five columns. One ball uses columns one and five, another uses two and four, and the third remains in column three.

For this variation after the ball is thrown in column one or five, no further throws are made and the last ball is caught in an outside elbow stall.

To transfer to the opposite elbow you will throw four (or two or six etc) Counts of the spiral. The first ball thrown is in the hand opposite the elbow balance.

Immediately after throwing, that hand snatches the ball from the elbow.

allowing the opposite hand to throw,

followed finally by the ball that was on the elbow. Now all three balls are involved in the spiral pattern.
The fourth (or any even numbered) ball is caught as before. When executed from a mill's mess this trick gives the impression of giving an extra throw out of your mill's mess which magically lands in a stall
