Double Held Isolation

This trick is based on the Held Isolation, a technique taught in the upcoming Contact Juggling Part II. You must have this trick solid in both hands before the Double Held Isolation will look like anything other than a flailing mess. Practicing with a mirror is strongly advised.

Begin with one ball in each hand. The right hand is held under the left breast and the left hand is held under the right breast. The right arm is crossed in front of the left.

While isolating both balls, rotate the left arm bringing the arm over the balls. This will require movement from the wrist, elbow and shoulder.

Continue isolating and continue rotating the left arm over and around the right arm until you reach the opposite of the starting position, left arm crossed over right.

Now repeat with the right arm. Once the arms are working well individually you can increase the speed and change the timing so that both arms are moving at once.

And when you've got that you can learn it in reverse...
